They offered us well-maintained and comfortable modern rooms with balcony, table and chairs plus nice terrace. It was very handy to have tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. We loved a quiet and convenient location very close to local shops, eateries, attractions and the excellent restaurant next door.

The hotel had a central location in rural areas. Plus, it was not far from shops and amenities and a restaurant for dinner and Super market and Fast food chains.

This hotel is a hidden gem amongst beautiful lush gardens. The rooms with balconies are a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the hotel offers good facilities, including a pool and spa for a relaxing stay. The breakfast provided is also a great addition, ensuring you start your day off right.

All in all, everything was fine and met our expectations.

It has every thing you need and more in a family room that we booked. It was very clean,neat and tidy all round inside and out. Good location hardley any traffic noise at all, had a good nights sleep. Nice friendly people greated you with smiles made you feel welcome. Will only stay at the crystal fountain,when in the albury area we were 110% happy and highly recommend there faclities.

This hotel offers great value for money. With prices just over $100 a night, you get so much more than what you pay for. The attention to detail is evident, from the USB PowerPoint beside the bed to the new linen and fresh paint throughout. The lush gardens surrounding the hotel create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff's friendly and accommodating service, such as offering room upgrades and late check-out, adds to the overall positive experience.
